Currently our approximate lead time (the time you can expect your order to ship) is:

  • With custom wraps (Ito/Paracord): 6 - 11 weeks
  • With custom finishes (additional finishes): 10 - 14 weeks

Guides

Blade Installation

To Install your saber blade, first locate your provided Alan wrench. This can be found inside of a bag located in your shipping box. Next, locate the retention screw nearest to the emitter. Most sabers will have two retention screws near the top of the saber. Loosen the top retention screw to release the blade plug protecting your LED from dust. Once removed, you can install the blade.

Note: Do not loosen the 2nd lower screw. That secures the LED module and prevents it from releasing which can cause wire damage.

Next, take your blade and insert it into the top of the saber until it stops. Use the Alan wrench to secure the blade by tightening it into blade, turing it right until firmly secure. If your blade will not go down all of the way, make sure the retention screw is not obstructing the blade. Use the Alan wrench to secure the blade by tightening it into blade, turing it right until firmly secure.

Note: Note: Do not overtighten blades. This can cause stripping which will require repair at our facility. Tighten the screw gradually. You can test how secure the blade is by lighting pulling it once the screw stops turning.

Battery Charging

Warrior Sabers

To charge your battery first make sure the saber is powered down (latching switch in off position). Remove the pommel by rotating it counter clockwise until it separates from the saber. Inside the saber, locate the plastic tab and carefully pull the battery chassis out from the saber.

Note: Pulling the battery slide too hard or agressivly can cause wires to be damaged during this step.

Remove battery by pushing the battery out from the back and place battery in provided charger. When battery is inserted correctly, an LED will light up to indicate that it is charging. When charging is complete, the LED will turn green. Charging can take between 6-12 hours. We recommend charging batteries overnight or purchasing an additional battery.

Veteran, Champion, Hero Sabers

If your saber has in-hilt recharge (Sabers other than warrior), simply plug the charger into the saber charge port by removing the kill key located below the activation switch. Do not try to remove the battery via the pommel as it is secured internally to the soundboard and chassis. Warrior sabers with in-hilt recharge exclusivly retain access to the battery via the pommel. This means you can have backup batteries and switch batteries at any time.
